| Passive ultra-low energy consumption of building energy structure research is a hotspot of current research,at present,the rural is promoting passive energy saving residential building in north China.Traditional residential building heating system in rural areas are "goods large proportion of the energy consumption,heating equipment,heating efficiency is low;little"renewable energy application.This topic is based on passive ultra low energy consumption building design concept,combined with the phase change energy storage technology,the solar power system with energy storage fire resistance heating,for rural northern passive residential building heating system is designed to provide a new technical measures.Based on solar energy technology,fire resistance heating technology as well as phase change energy storage technology analysis of a large number of relevant literature,to "rural passive demonstration building" shenyang architecture university as the research platform,according to the basic elements of passive energy-saving building,design solar power system with energy storage fire resistance heating system.Application of DeST building energy consumption simulation software to simulate the passive building energy consumption,building heating load index 11.55 w/m2.Solar power system design.Through the analysis of the intensity of solar radiation,the types of collector,collection efficiency and other factors,determine the vacuum tube type solar collector and capillary network low temperature radiation heating end,design collection hot area of 20 m2,capillary network covers an area of 12 m2,energy storage tank volume is 1.5 m after.Phase change energy storage tank and tank fire resistance design by DSC test instrument testing phase change materials,the selection and dosage ratio,comparative analysis,follow certain energy storage phase change material and the encapsulation way,through the calculation of the energy storage tank storage quantity of heat of 37406 KJ,energy storage fire resistance of the heat storage is 8703.9 KJ,can satisfy the required amount of heating room heating at night.Application of FLUENT simulation software and the analysis of the field analysis and evaluation of solar energy power system with energy storage fire resistance heating comfort.Simulation results show that the solar energy heating system mode,the system heat medium temperature 32 ℃,indoor average temperature is 20 ℃,the temperature gradient is less than 1 ℃;Energy storage fire resistance heating mode,indoor average temperature of 22.5 ℃;In the solar energy systems and energy storage fire resistance heating mode,the solar energy system of heat medium temperature 28 ℃~32 ℃,the fire resistance of regenerative heat load for the room half,indoor average temperature of 22 ℃;The test results show that the normal fire resistance heating:indoor temperature fluctuation,difference in temperature of 4 ℃,indoor average temperature of 19.8 ℃;Energy storage fire resistance heating;indoor temperature rise,indoor average temperature of 21.2 ℃,1.4 ℃ higher than the common room.Follow normal the kang surface temperature compared to the energy storage fire resistance stability,ordinary fire resistance kang surface temperature difference to over 6 ℃;Solar energy heating system,heat storage water tank test time variation of the average water temperature 28 ℃~43 ℃,follow(1)heating room temperature range between 15.5~23.8 ℃,the temperature of heating room)or two(fire resistance range between 16.4~23.8 ℃.Follow solar power system and the joint heating:average water tank water temperature between 28 ℃ to 33 ℃,heating room follow(1)within the temperature range between 17~22.5 ℃,the heating room)or two(fire resistance temperature range between 16.8~22.6 0C.Solar power system with ordinary fire resistance heating to a certain extent,make up for the indoor temperature fluctuation problem,improve the indoor temperature distribution uniformity.Solar power system with energy storage fire resistance heating enhance the temperature of the room,reduce the temperature uniformity.From energy saving,economy,environmental protection and other aspects to evaluate the solar power system analysis,from surface temperature and cooling speed,kang kang and the heat dissipation of the ground surface of capillary network and fire resistance of thermal performance is analyzed,verifying the rationality of the system. |
