| In recent years,as environmental problems become more and more prominent,people begin to pay attention to the living environment gradually,environmental problems have become a global one,and environmental protection has been the responsibility of every citizen of the world.An effective way to reduce environmental pollution and improve the living environment is to use new energy,thus people create new energy vehicles.The invention of the new energy vehicle responds to the environmental protection theme and meets the requirements of people.The key component of new energy vehicles is new energy battery,and the research direction of experts has also changed and start to focus on the battery performance of new energy vehicles,hoping to improve the performance of new energy vehicles by improving the battery performance,promote the cost performance of new energy vehicles.According to the relevant research data in Germany,the capacity attenuation of lithium battery can often reach 80 % of the initial capacity.With the attenuation of the capacity of the battery,the endurance of the new energy vehicle is significantly reduced,and people have to replace the battery of the new energy vehicle or buy a new vehicle,so the elimination rate of the new energy vehicle is very high.How to deal with the waste of lithium battery correctly and improve the safety performance of lithium battery is the key to the use of new energy,but also the most difficult problem in front of people.This paper introduces the theoretical research work,mainly about the future development of electric vehicles,at the same time,involves the development ideas of electric vehicle in our country,and introduces some policy support of our government in order to promote the development of electric vehicles.In this study,the power battery cascade utilization technology is analyzed,and some very important indicators are selected,the performance of the battery is evaluated,the attenuation performance of the battery is analyzed comprehensively,especially the risk factors of retired battery are analyzed.The paper also introduces the life measurement technology,introduces and analyzes the analysis method of the state of charge,analyzes the residual life of the lithium battery in the process of application,and finally completes the design of a reliable retired battery management system,people can upload data through the system,or use the network to obtain data from the system,and finally complete the full utilization and recovery management of the lithium battery.Finally,the design of this research is a scientific and effective energy storage power station system,and the most critical part lies in the echelon battery selection,grouping and other parts.We need to combine the actual situation,understand the echelon battery capacity related parameters,complete the principles of the whole monitoring system analysis and structure design,analysis of the data transmission path.The design is not only conducive tosaving investment,reducing management costs,but also conducive to improving the application of electric vehicle batteries. |
