| With the popularization of advanced science and technology,dense building materials and the conception of low energy consumption building,the air tightness of doors and windows will be improved,so that the building energy efficiency and indoor air quality have been contradictory.Take into consideration the building energy efficiency and indoor air quality,a new heat pipe type of air ventilation energy saving device was proposed in this paper.It can provide a quantitative of air as well as utilize the waste heat to preheat Fresh air ventilation.This device can improve the indoor air quality and reduce the air conditioning energy consumption.This paper systematically expatiates the development status of the heat pipe type energy saving device and indoor environment simulation research.First,the performance characteristics oF various materials are compared and the physical model of the best component material composition device is selected according to the component material can be used of the heat pipe type constant air volume energy saving device.Then,the mathematical model of the heat pipe type constant air volume energy saving device is designed and established according to the distribution characteristics of the personnel and equipment in the typical room.On this basis,the indoor temperature and velocity distribution in different regions and different indoor and outdoor temperature conditions in winter and transitional seasons are simulated according to the actual engineering parameters.At last,the indoor temperature and velocity distribution,initial investment,operating cost and installation of different devices are compared by the traditional heating equipment.The results show that:(1)the component materials of heat pipe type air ventilation energy-saving device are:R-134a for refrigerant and copper for a shell and tube material,in grade fiber filter for the filter material,aluminum silicate cotton for insulation material,the Frequency conversion fan is selected;(2)the heat pipe type air ventilation energy-saving device outlet size:150×100mm,built-in baffle plate thickness:2mm,flat tube internal thickness:15mm,external thickness:18mm,Fin thickness:1mm,fin height:10mm and fin spacing:9mm;each flat tube heat exchanger:593.07J;(3)the room temperature is not well-distributed and its temperature difference is large,even can effect indoor personnel thermal comfort when the heat pipe device with CAV and energy saving is used in cold or severe cold area;the device is used for hot summer and cold winter area,moderate area,room temperature was between 290-293K and air velocity was below 0.2m/s.From the perspective of temperature and velocity distribution,the equipment is more suitable for use in hot summer and cold winter area,moderate area;(4)In severe cold and cold regions,heat pipe device with CAV and energy saving is capable of using indoor exhaust heat to improve outdoor fresh air temperature from-15℃to-2 ℃,which can save up 2332.73kJ calories per hour;In hot summer and cold winter,moderate regions,heat pipe device with CAV and energy saving is capable of using indoor exhaust heat to improve outdoor fresh air temperature from 2℃ to 9℃,which can save up 2332.73kJ calories per hour,which can save up 1172.28KJ calories per hour;In hot summer and warm winter area,the device can not be used.From the the perspective of energy saving,the device can be used except in hot summer and warm winter areas.(5)Auxiliary radiator or electric heater is needed when the heat pipe device with CAV and energy saving is used,considering economic operation,the device is most cost-effective in hot summer and cold winter regions;(6)Compared with traditional radiator and fan coil unit plus fresh air system,heat pipe device with CAV and energy saving in this page has the characteristics that the distribution of temperature and velocity can satisfy indoor thermal comfort requirements,the initial investment is higher than the other two systems,operating costs is lower than the other two systems,its installation is convenient.(7)Compared with the fan coil system,the device has some advantages in saving energy consumption,human activity area temperature distribution is uniformity than fan coil plus fresh air system,but the temperature changes in the body within the acceptable range;compared with the traditional radiator system,building energy consumption is reduced at the same time as the indoor supply quantity fresh air.The research work is helpful to the development and application of heat pipe technology in the field of building energy efficiency,and it provides a theoretical basis for the design of energy saving device of ventilation calculation,provides a reference for the research method of indoor air,and it also has a certain reference value for development of heat pipe fresh air ventilation device. |
