Since the industrial age,by relying on fossil fuels mankind has vigorously developed modern civilization.However,irreversible damage and pollution are caused by the extensive exploitation and utilization of fossil energy for the living environment of human beings.Nowadays,with the rapid progress of science and technology,the development and utilization of energy tend to be cleaner and environmental-friendly.Traditional fossil energy will be gradually replaced by the rapid development of clean energy.Wind energy is one of the emerging of clean energy,wind energy can be used an infinite loop,with the constant progress of wind power technology,power generation cost control can be in a relatively low level,its application scope can be extended.Wind power technology has the flexibility to adapt well both in the case of grid connection and in the case of off-grid independent operation.At present,induction generators and permanent magnet generators are the two mainstream wind generators on the market.Unavoidable brush and slip ring structural caused defects of induction generators.Permanent magnet generators have the risk of demagnetization and have high costs.The brushless double-fed motor solves the problems of these two types of machines,so the application prospect in the field of wind power generation is broad.In order to improve the power density and make full use of the aspect ratio structure,this paper presents a new type of double-stator brushless doubly-fed generator(DSBDFG),which has the advantages of brushless double-fed machine and traditional synchronous machine.The DSBDFG proposed in this paper is more complex than the conventional brushless doubly-fed generator.The number of its parameters is relatively large,and the change of the parameters is also very complicated for the change of the machine operating state.From the current domestic and foreign research trends,the research and manufacturing of this new type of machine is very limited,and the design flow is not formative.Therefore,the study for the theoretical system of this kind of generator is very necessary.This paper aims at the research on the design and magnetic field analysis of the DSBDFG,mainly included the following contents:First of all,by referring to a large number of documents,the background of the study,the trend of development and the achievements of the machine in the current field,as well as the existing problems and defects in the wind turbines in the market are introduced in this paper,.Thus the structure of DSBDFG is put forward,and the working principle of it and the relationship between the energy loss in the generator are introduced,different connection ways of the machine windings are analyzed and introduced.Secondly,according to the design method of brushless doubly-fed machine and traditional machine,combined with the characteristics of the DSBDFG,the dimension design of DSBDFG is proposed.In this paper,the electromagnetic of a 50 kW DSBDFG is designed,mainly included: the power ratio of the machine,the main dimension parameters,the slot coordination,and the rotor coupling ability.The main parameters of the machine are compared and selected.On this basis,after the size of the machine was determined,the finite element model of the machine was established.The status of the no-load and load operation of the machine was analyzed,such as electromotive force,current and loss parameters.The simulation analysis and comparison of the operation of the winding under different connection modes were performed.The loss of each part of the machine was described and introduced,and the simulation results were analyzed and calculated to obtain the efficiency of the machine.Finally,the origin and advantages of Taguchi method are introduced in this paper,and applies Taguchi method to the machine design method,carries out parameter optimization simulation.The experiment optimization objective,control factor and control factor level are selected,and the experimental simulation sample is established by orthogonal table.The result is analyzed and calculated,the parameters of the control factor can be selected and compared with the original scheme.
