Based on the continuous development of space technology and space exploration,spacecrafts have become the focus of research in various countries in the world.According to the mission requirements of spacecrafts,it will be designed and layout optimization analysis of payload hatch locking mechanism and hinge in the paper.By analyzing the research status of hatch doors both at home and abroad,three kinds of locking schemes are compared with the design index requirements of repetitive locking mechanism of payload door,and a new locking mechanism with lock hook and lock bolt was put forward.What's more,the mechanism of the transmission locking is studied,and the initial design of the active and passive ends is completed.The dynamic simulation process of the mechanism was analyzed,the three-dimensional model of the locking mechanism was established,the virtual prototyping model and the simulation analysis process of the whole mechanism were completed,and the force curve at the contact of the locking hook and the curve of the position of the locking point were obtained.The dynamic simulation results of the whole locking process are studied to verify whether the requirements are met.Based on the results of dynamic analysis and other mechanical requirements of the locking mechanism,the finite element analysis is carried out.Considering the weight reduction of the entire mechanism,the topological optimization of the locking hook,the active locking shell and the passive locking shell are completed,finally the design of the locking mechanism to meet the requirements of the whole index are fulfilled.Door hinge is an important structure which connects the body and the door.In this paper,the relative position of the door to maintain the body based on the initial completion original configuration design of the hinge door.At the same time,a virtual prototype model of the hinged payload door exhibiting mechanism was established,its dynamic and mechanical properties were analyzed,and the force curve of the hinges during the exhibition of the doors was obtained,which provided the basis for the finite element analysis.According to the results of kinetics analysis,the structural mechanics analysis of the hinge is carried out to verify whether the design requirements are met.On this basis,the topology optimization of the hinge,and complete the detailed hinge structure design.Finally,a test scheme for testing the hinge force of the hatch door is proposed to verify the mechanical reliability of the hinge.Combined with the design results of the locking mechanism and the hinge,the overall structural stiffness analysis is carried out separately,and the equivalent stiffness method is adopted to replace the basic geometric configuration to facilitate the design of the locking point and hinge design point on the payload door Multi-point linkage layout optimization analysis.The parametric finite element simulation analysis model is established.Taking the deformation of the hatch door under certain operating conditions as the optimization objective,the number and position distribution of locking points and hinge design points are optimized.So as to obtain the optimal layout of the two in meeting the requirements of design conditions and indicators.
