With the development of economy,especially the requirements of environmental protection,the contradiction between the power plant and the environmental protection become more and more prominent.How to realize the energy saving and reducing pollution to the environment,has become the main trend of the development of power equipment technology.At present our country more and more coal-fired units to large capacity supercritical direction,mostly 600MW critical units.In addition,with the increase of installed capacity,automatic scheduling level of each grid gradually increased,the power plant of the load proportion of competition.The automatic control strategy which requires units to meet their own stable operation of the premise,but also give full consideration to the related grid At the same time to ensure that the indicators are in a leading position in the power load competition.Therefore,the coordinated control system has been widely used,in order to speed up the response to the AGC command.In order to adapt to the development of supercritical unit,coordinated control strategy must continue to innovate and improve.Through the problems in the coordinated control system of the#1 machine for the power plant,this paper discusses the operation status of the unit,and optimizes the control strategy of the main control loop of the coordinated control system.This paper analyzes the operation characteristics of boiler,the response characteristics of various disturbances boiler,automatic control of boiler;analyzes the characteristics,requirements and control difficulties.Then,on the door of No.#1 turbine in power plant coordinated control system is analyzed.The basic operation and control strategy of the comprehensive analysis of each main control unit loop on the problems of the present system,the optimization scheme of unit operation in question;the door control system of power plant#1 machine coordination problems in the optimization design of the combustion system of boiler unit,control system,main reheat steam temperature control System,main links and a FM system;in the end of the re configuration of#1 coordinated control is analyzed and studied,respectively on the unit is made of variable load test,and stop grinding and grinding test,to test many kinds of coal,and an FM test field test.Through the analysis of experimental data,shows that the optimized unit main steam temperature control,pressure stability,response to AGC lifting load rate,a frequency response can meet the requirements of power grid,the unit to strengthen various coal adaptability,safe and stable operation.
