As the necessary equipment of rise buildings,the elevator has been used more and more widely and frequently.The running normality and reliability is directly relate to people's life and property safety.So people are increasing concerned about elevator's inspection.Overload protection plays an important role in ensuring passenger's safety and device safety.Until now,all domestic elevator inspection agencies and elevator maintenance companies are using weight to test the performance of elevator overload alarm system.But because of the traditional inspection methods are costly and time-consuming,most elevator maintenance companies have not inspected the availability of elevator overload alarm system which causes a major security risk when the elevator is running.This article is from the science and technology project of General Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China defined in 2013 named "The develop of elevator overload alarm system with non-weight(hydraulic)test device" with the project number-2013QK304.By a large number of preliminary surveys and studies,we design an elevator overload alarm system testing device in order to test whether the alarm system is working correctly or not by applying simulation load to the elevator.First,according to the operating principle of elevator overload alarm system,we propose a program using precision hydraulic control and sensor measurement technology.Then,using double-pump linkage control and PID adaptive algorithm breaks through the difficult which is how to solve the stability of hydraulic control device controlling the load.At the same time,it can solve the problem of Dual Collaborative oil hydraulic loading and make the elevator overload alarm testing device to apply a stable valuation load on the elevator.Third,using ABAQUS finite element software to analyze the elevator car and design the best loading form when testing,including stress analysis and strength check.At last,through comparing the test effect of elevator overload alarm system with hydraulic or weight by testing the same passenger elevator with 1000kg rated load to test its feasibility.This research has provided a feasible method and device for testing elevator overload alarm system which can apply the inspection regulations to the test process.Because of the light weight,the hydraulic test device solves many problems of transport difficulties and high inspection costs,high labor intensity,low efficiency and so on.
