Abstract/Summary:
With the large-scale operation of distributed power generation and access to distribution network,the Operation Safety of distribution network is threatened.The micro-grid provides a new idea for the use of new energy,which aims to realize the flexible and efficient application of distributed energy and solve the problem of large quantity and diversified distributed energy grid.The energy storage photovoltaic(PV)micro-grid integrates the distributed photovoltaic power generation,storage system,power conversion device,operation protection device and load,which is a typical micro-grid system.There are some problems in the practical application of the energy storage photovoltaic micro-grid,such as the hysteresis of the system data and the thermal management of the energy storage System.In view of the existing energy-storage photovoltaic micro-grid system,which collects the electrical parameters of each electric node to carry out the monitoring of the systems,its running data has hysteresis and cannot find out the problem of invisible Fault in time,this paper proposes to use the infrared imaging technology to construct a visual fault monitoring system.The system uses COFDM technology to carry on the patrol image of the micro-grid and the real-time return of the thermal image of the battery stack,and to realize the visual inspection of the micro-grid by the timely processing of the control terminal.In the future,the research on the thermal management of battery stack will be more and more important in the application of lithium battery in energy storage device.In view of the shortage of thermal management of battery stack in energy storage system,this paper presents a new method of temperature field reconstruction based on infrared temperature measurement technology.In this method,the surface temperature field during the operation of the battery stack is obtained by using the returned battery thermal image.At the same time,several temperature collecting points are laid out in the battery stack,and the three-dimensional temperature distribution of the battery stack is reconstructed by superposition of the temperature field of the surface of the battery stack and the internal point temperature.After testing,the method of three-dimensional temperature field reconstruction in this paper can find out the abnormal temperature of the battery stack in time,pinpoint the location of abnormal temperature point in the battery stack.and finally lock up the battery monomer which may be faulty,and realize the real-time monitoring and warning of the battery stack stealth fault.The experimental results show that the proposed method is reasonable and the temperature precision of the reconstructed structure is high.The visual stealth fault monitoring system and the reconstruction method of the three-dimensional temperature field of the battery stack can be used as an effective complement to the operation control system of the energy storage photovoltaic micro-grid,and can detect the hidden faults of the system in time.
