With the development of modern economy,the power supply as the basis of all walks of life,increasing people's need for power supply,so the study of power in the field of modern electronic learning has already become a efforts in the direction of scientific research personnel.Nowadays,the need for the intelligent constant current source with high accuracy and stable high performance is becoming more and more urgent.The constant current source is not only used for the use of value,but also can bring economic benefits.The constant current source is widely used in industrial control,military industry,electronics,aerospace and other industrial production and life areas,the heat resistance material of the outer cover of the spacecraft needs to be tested by high temperature thermal simulation,the main research of this paper is to use the constant current source to provide the output current for high temperature heating system,is used to simulate spacecraft experienced such as high temperature and high radiation environment,to provide external conditions and internal heat load design validation.This paper deeply analyzes the principle of switching power supply,various topological structure and characteristics,etc,the advantages and disadvantages of the circuits composed of various topologies are compared,a constant current source based on half-bridge topology is designed.The design uses a high-performance PWM controller UC3825 for the control of the core,the overall design of constant current source circuit is given,and a few parts that make up the constant current source EMI circuit,the input rectifier filter circuit,high frequency inverter circuit,control circuit,protection circuit,output rectifier filter circuit,control circuit and protection circuit,auxiliary power supply circuit design analysis and its effect are expounded.In this paper,the high frequency PWM signal generated by UC3825 is used to provide the control signal of the switch tube of the driver chip IR2110 to the half-bridge inverter,so that it can be alternately guided and closed.The direct current after the rectifier is filtered into alternating current,steady direct current is obtained through the output rectifier circuit,the current is provided for the high temperature heating system,the mathematical model of high temperature thermal simulation system was established,the model is simulated based on BP neural network PID control algorithm,at the same time,BP neural network PID control and conventional PID control are compared,it is superior to get BP neural network PID control.Finally,the performance of the constant current source is tested,and the test shows that it has high stability and high precision.
