Cylindrical roller size if you have bigger difference,will affect the service life of rolling bearing.At present,a single-size cylindrical roller testing equipment can not meet the requirements of various types of roller testing,therefore,the series of roller testing system has become an urgent problem to be solved.In view of the above problems,this paper studies the parametric design of the cylindrical roller size sorting system with different specifications and diameters.Through the theoretical analysis of dynamics,simulation analysis,parametric design and the combination of physical prototype,parametric design.First of all,according to the working principle of loading mechanism and testing mechanism,the dynamic analysis of the electromagnetic vibrating hopper in the feeding mechanism was carried out to establish the dynamic model of vibrating hopper,and the dynamic equation was solved to determine the dynamic parameters that affect the loading process of the cylindrical roller.The cylindrical roller in the through in the movement of state analysis to determine a variety of equations of motion equations.The kinematic analysis of the contact force of the cylinder roller of the detecting mechanism is carried out to determine the normal contact force equation between the cylinder and the roller to obtain the dynamic parameters.The kinetic theory of this study provides kinetic parameters for numerical simulation.According to the result of dynamic analysis,the loading mechanism and testing mechanism are numerically simulated to determine the matching relationship between the dynamic parameters of the size sorting system,each component device and roller model.Secondly,the rigid-flexible structure is transformed into the multi-rigid body composite motion.The simulation model of the feeding mechanism is established,the technical index value of the feeding mechanism is determined,such as the vibration frequency,the angular velocity and the amplitude.Degree of freedom to verify the correctness of the simulation model.On the adjustable conveyor track simulation analysis to determine the discharge port size and cylindrical roller matching relationship.The simulation analysis of the cylinder thrust of the testing agency determines the matching relationship between the normal contact force and the roller model.In order to realize the parameterized design of the size sorting system,the dynamic parameter library of the size sorting system is established according to the numerical simulation results.The size parts library of the related parts is established according to the roller model.The above two parts libraries are invoked through the VB programming driver,Matching with the roller type to achieve the relationship.Build a physical prototype of different types of roller measurements to verify the parametric design of roller type and the correctness of matching parts size.In this paper,cylindrical roller size sorting system parametric design,to achieve different specifications of the cylindrical roller diameter series matching,the technology of cylindrical roller size sorting system is of great significance.
