In recent years,with the structure was more and more compact in the city,In order to achieve a variety of functions in the construction of large finite area,there are many The Multi Tower Transfer Structure with Enlarged Base is establish by the reinforced concrete or steel structure.This structure requires more towers podium shear wall structure and the podium transfer story by combining multi tower chassis share a large podium.From the function demand of the building,it is often required the upper structure of hotels,residential and other small bays,and the lower floor need to design the parking,shopping malls,hotel lobby,theater and other large space requirements,which makes big chassis structure design is very difficult.At present,domestic research on a large complex multi tower structure is still relatively small,and the standard measures are not clear relative,so that it is important to study the intricate design of high-rise structure and seismic performance with big chassis high conversion.This article through to the Ming Sheng Kai Yue hotel main structure as the researched object,using YJK software to different tower height,different spacing and different layers of the tower podium roof slab stress finite element analysis and compare the podium roof slab stress and displacement of main tower and podium difference,influence of slab stress mainly concentrated in the tower expanding a span stone floor area.Take on the seismic response of the structure with massive chassis was analyzed by SAWTE,YJK,ETABS,PMSAP software,this paper was comparing the four types of software calculation results,which put forward the corresponding design method of high-rise and anti-seismic measures.Research demonstrates that the effect of seismic multi tower structure with massive chassis structure of the collaborative,due to positive and negative mode synchronous multi tower above the podium.The podium roof may appear larger tensile stress,the stress should be calculated;the podium floor should be displacement force depends on the size of the tower and the podium of the poor,the displacement difference is bigger,the floor should be the greater the force.Stress of floor is mainly concentrated in the tower outside the expansion across a range of the podium.Elevated level conversion structure should pay attention to the setting of the floor shear wall,and the performance analysis of the conversion layer,floor shear wall and floor slab.
