| Jieyang public entrance channel is located in the operation area of Huilai county,Jieyang city,Guangdong province.The channel,which is a key project,makes a great significance in the future plane and development of the port area.In order to understand the rationality and navigation ability of two designs of the public channel,this paper provide reference basis for scientific design and safety supervision,and the application of Analytic Network Process －ANP theory will be carried out in the aspect of ship safety navigation in the channel.By reviewing and summarizing relevant researches,firstly,the content and characteristics of ship’s safety evaluation in the waterway navigation are clarified.According to researches status and characteristics of the research object,the index system of 14 indexes which affect to ship safety navigation is put forward.Based on the complex relationship between different levels of ship safety navigation evaluation system and the internal factors of the same level indicator group,this paper establishes network structure of ship’s navigation safety indexes on the basis of ANP.In this way,ANP software Super Decision is used to obtain the channel design plan which is more conductive to ensuring the navigation safety of the ship,and provides the basis for optimization of channel plan.Finally,the results of the evaluation model are verified by simulation test.Two methods combine to and test each other making the evaluation index more objective and comprehensive.The results of two methods agree that ANP theory applied to ship safety navigation assessment is effective,and the sensitively comparison of two design channels’ elements verifies the network structure model of ANP method,and the final result is more objective science.Meanwhile,this paper analyzes the organic relationship between evaluation indexes in depth and comprehensively and puts forward the modification to the scale method,and scale method is modified.In addition,SD software fundamentally solves the problem of consistency check of judgment matrix.The conclusion of ANP is more consistent with objective laws and appropriate response. |
