With the attention of the state on energy consumption and environmental pollution,new energy sources and load with low pollution,low emission and low energy consumption such as wind,photovoltaic and electric vehicles are widely utilized.The dynamic behavior of the distribution is becoming more and more complicated after the addition of new energy.In addition,the new energy which is composed and controlled by electronic components increases the harmonic content in the voltage and current of distribution,and brings challenges to the power quality of distribution.Experts in power system put forward to use synchronous phasor and power quality monitoring integrated machine("integrated machine" for short)to monitor synchronous phasor and power quality in distribution.As a low cost and convenient power grid monitoring terminal,integrated machine can be installed in distribution network widely.Communication system is an indispensable link between integrated machine and main station,and is an important guarantee for realizing the functions of online display,storage and knowledge discovery on main station.When a large number of integrated machines are widely installed and arranged,the communication problem of real-time data has been put on the research agenda.The main work and results of this paper are as follows:The communication status of distribution network,the characteristics of the integrated machine data and the specific requirements for the communication are evaluated.Then hybrid communication system composed of private optical fiber for power,private 4G for power,public optical fiber and public 4G is proposed to use in wide area measurement system(WAMS Light)communication.Hardware for integrated machine communication is analyzed,and network traffic of integrated machine,data concentrator(DC)and main station is also calculated in this part.This paper analyzes IEEE C37.118.2,IEC 60870-5-101 and IEC 61850,all of them are the related protocols to integrated machine.Then develops custom protocols for integrated machine from two aspects:synchronous phasor data and synchronous power quality data.The modeling method of WAMS Light custom protocol conversion to IEC 61850 is put forward.This paper studies the communication security problem of WAMS Light communication system with public network,and proposes a hybrid encryption technology based on KDC,DES and RSA to solve the communication security problem of real-time data.The WAMS Light communication protocol is coded in integrated machine side and main station.The custom protocol conversion to the IEC 61850 part is based on the open source code libiec61850,and the conversion server is built.The DES and RSA hybrid encryption technology based on KDC proposed in the third chapter is also coded.Finally,the whole communication process is tested.The results show that the soft and hard communication technology adopted in this paper satisfies the relevant technical requirements of phasor measurement communication in distribution network,and the technology is suitable for popularization and application.
