Portal frame building is one of the most widely used structural forms in the construction field.Because the wedge steel column has the maximum stress characteristics of the portal frame in the whole high range of the member.Therefore,the use of the wedge-shaped steel columns in portal-framed structures is increasingly used.But with the wide application of portal rigid frame which adopted wedge column,many engineering accidents were happened with diifferent degree,different reasons at home and abroad.such as Guizhou and Hunan Province occurred freezing rain and heavy snow fall in 2011,part of the potal-framed structure appeared large deformation or even destructed.The occurrence of these accidents reminds us that the test of the stress in service is of great significance.In this paper,the experimental study on the stress measurement of the portal frame wedge column is carried out.The establishment of experimental system of wedge shaped steel column magnetic induction electromotive force,and the set of test point spectrum,full angle spectrum under axial pressure on the wedge shaped steel column,magnetic induction electromotive force and strain of the experimental data.According to the obtained data to draw the reflect the magnetic induction electromotive force and the axial pressure,numerical fitting curve of the relationship between strain and axial stress,and through analysis of the curve obtained the relevant rules.Through the induction electromotive force normalized value of angular spectrum analysis,stress induction electromotive force normalized value angle circular spectrum distribution and horizontal distribution diagram of curve distribution at all levels is similar,and the curve is showed the periodic changes with the angle.Obtained by induced electromotive force normalized value according to point of view of the feasibility of extracting concentrated force.Based on the field experimental data point of the whole spectrum of induced electromotive force normalized value and laboratory corresponding measuring point at all levels of stress under full angle general induction electromotive force normalized value to carry on the related coefficient analysis method induction electromotive force is feasible.
