Permanent magnet synchronous motor has been widely applied in various AC drive systems,such as electric vehicles,servo systems,aerospace,for its merits of high efficiency,high power density and high torque/inertia ratio.So the research of permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system with high performance deserves important economy and society value.This dissertation mainly studies the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)control system based on model predictive control(MPC).First of all,the mathematical model of three-phase PMSM is established.The traditional vector control scheme and the principle of voltage space vector pulse width modulation are analyzed.Then the theory of model predictive control and the method of model establishment are analyzed.The theoretical derivation of model predictive control and the method of established MPC prediction model is given.Based on this,the model predictive speed control system of PMSM is established.Secondly,the PMSM predictive torque control system is established.The direct torque control of PMSM is combined with the MPC.Thus the model predictive torque control system of PMSM is established.The design method of MPC controller is also given.The simulation model of PMSM predictive torque control system is built.Compared with the traditional direct torque control system,the advantages of PMSM predictive torque control system in dynamic response,anti-load disturbance and torque ripple reduction are analyzed.Then,the principle of PMSM rotor position estimation algorithm based on extended Kalman filter(EKF)algorithm is analyzed.Combining MPC with EKF,the MPC control system of PMSM based on EKF is given.The simulation and experiment show that the PMSM model predictive control strategy based on EKF has good dynamic and static performance and speed identification ability.Algorithm is analyzed.And has good robustness,able to correctly estimate rotor position and motor speed under various operating conditions,superior control performance.Finally,with TMS320f28335 DSP chip as the core,The experiment platform of permanent magnet synchronous motor drive and control is established.And programming related control algorithms,the validity and correctness of the research are verified by experiments.Experiments show that PMSM model predictive control has better dynamic performance and anti-disturbance ability.
