In 2016,China's auto production and sales reached more than 28 million,ranking first in the world for the past eight consecutive years.However,China's auto production and sales tend to slowdown for the first time in 2017,which marks that the competition between auto manufacturing enterprise will become increasingly fierce.If an enterprise wants to win in the cruel market competition,It must enhance their core competitiveness.There is no doubt that to produce product approved by consumer the lowest cost and the shortest time is a very beneficial way to increase the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Therefore,how to make use of limited resources,reducing the production cost of the products,shortening production cycle,improving product quality,developing automotive products and services admitted by consumer becomes the key to survive in the car manufacturing.In the process of product development,the Car body is the most important part which is consist of the stamping parts production consumers directly perception.these automobile covering parts are called "inner parts" or "long term parts" in the automobile manufacturing enterprise because of its huge size,complex process and long term to development.The German automobile enterprise is recognized as the most strict in the quality control among the industry,and the Japanese automobile enterprise is the best enterprise in the expense control.The control of quality and cost is not limited to the production process of stamping parts,but from the stage of production preparation and management of stamping parts.with the advantages of Faw group strengths,Pentium enterprise headquarters develops the production preparation work of stamping parts with reference to the mode of Volkswagen company,meantime,it also inherites the fine experience such as Japan's Mazda cost control.This article researches on the production preparation(also called tooling anddevelopment making)management issues of pentium enterprise headquarters stamping parts.Firstly,this paper introduced the production preparation status quo and existing problems of pentium enterprise headquarters stamping parts.Then,this paper analyzes the causes of these problems.After,by the use of critical path method(CPM),analytic hierarchy process(AHP).this paper concluded the production preparation management optimization countermeasures of pentium enterprise.Last,the construction and personnel training,standardizing business processes,carring out technology and financial measures guarantees the successful implement of these measures.The critical path of automobile covering parts o mould development is established through the network model.which contributes to the research onthe manufacture cycle optimization problem.Secondly,as an important part of production preparation-mold suppliers,this paper quantitatively analysis the problems of the supplier evaluation and selection by utilizing analytic hierarchy process(AHP),which provides an objective basis for the pentium enterprise headquarters' s decision makers in selecting supplier.This paper hope to shorten the product production preparation cycle,reduce the cost of parts in development,and promote the quality of the parts inside parts with the limited resources of the enterprise in the development process,through to the research on product production preparation management of pentium enterprise.Moreover,if there is enough attention paid to the preparation and management of internal production,it can greatly reduce the cost and improve the quality during the mass production of the car.
