Abstract/Summary:
With the development of electronic technology,DMMS is widely used in electrical measurement because of its wide function and excellent performance. Therefore,in order to ensure the accuracy of measurement data and traceability,it must be regularly tested. The measurement and verification of DMMS by the measurement departments at all levels tend to be large, and the traditional manual calibration model is inefficient, prone to errors, limited by space and so on.Modern science on the measurement system put forward higher requirements, requiring measurement work more reliable and fast. The DMMS calibration manual calibration has not met the requirements of modern metrological verification, and DMMS calibration with the network transmission can be achieved off-site calibration, significant savings in manpower and resources,so the development of DMMS remote calibration system is of great significance. In this paper, the main research contents are as follows:1)Developed a practical application of modern measurement of digital multimeter automatic calibration system, which contains common electrical parameters, such as AC-DC voltage,AC-DC current, resistance and so on.2)Using the DataSocket network technology, the digital multimeter automatic calibration technology and network technology combined to achieve the purpose of remote calibration,in order to achieve the purpose of off-site calibration.3)By using the labview programming technology and labview ’s unique advantages in the field of instrument drive, measurement and control,a set of software system including digital multimeter calibration, error calculation and uncertainty analysis is developed.4)The uncertainty of GUM method and Monte Carlo method are analyzed respectively, and the results are compared and the test system is evaluated.
