Natural circulation boiler is very important power equipment in process industry,such as power plants,metallurgical,petrochemical,textile,paper.Natural circulation boiler,however,is a complex controlled object.Many of its characteristics,such as nonlinearity,multiloop,MIMO,lead to unsatisfactory performance.Therefore,comprehensive control on natural circulation boiler,has always been a research topic which attracts much attentions.Taking the natural circulation boiler control system in 2014 Siemens series as the background,the natural circulation boiler control problem is studied.We carry out the simulation of natural circulation boiler control system with the super multifunction process control training system(SMPT-1000).The control process of the natural circulation boiler is monitored by the SMPTLAB software in SMPT-1000 system.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)We take the natural circulation boiler in the SMPT-1000 system as the object.On the basis of depth analysis of its characteristics,process flow and control requirements.According to the practical process requirements,the thesis designs control system scheme of natural circulation boiler on the principles of reliability and feasibility.(2)For the export temperature control of super-heated steam,we use particle swarm optimization algorithm to identify the model of the object,and then employ genetic algorithm to optimize the controller parameters.The proposed method can identify the suitable parameters of controller quickly and provide the basic value for following fine-tuning.The strategy greatly reduces the time in the process of searching appropriate controller parameters,which has high value for practical production process.(3)We achieve the configuration of the natural circulation boiler by using the CFC software of PCS7 for the designed boiler control system;meawhile,we complete automatic driving sequence control of the natural circulation boiler.With S7-400 PLC as a controller,we complete the communication configuration between S7-400 PLC and SMPT-1000 system,achieve the overall control of the natural circulation,through hardware configuration and PROFIBUS DP communication.(4)Therefore,we use the software of Simens PCS7 to study the natural circulation boiler on SMPT-1000 system based on the natural circulation system designed in this thesis,so that we achieve the whole strategies of the natural circulation boiler,obtain the satisfactory control result and completedly meet the process requirements.
