In order to promote the development of chemical defense equipment and improve the technical level of chemical detector equipment R & D platform,according to the actual needs of the poisonous gas detector instrument evaluation work,I developed the dynamic generating system of CNC specialty gases.Among them,the sample agent of dynamic dispersion and security no leakage are key technologies,and under specific environmental conditions,its fundamental purpose is the requirements of various types of components specialty gases are automatically and quantitatively occurred,and prepared with different reagents and different concentrations of the standard sample gas,thus it meet the testing,development,and performance evaluation of the needs of the chemical detector equipment.Firstly,according to the main functions and the design goal of the system,the system schematic has been proposed.In the design process,the safety of the system has been always considered put in the first place.By drawing a single-channel system architecture design,the mechanical parts of the system has been designed.And a new multi-channel agents generating system architecture has been built up.The paper focuses on the design of injection device which solved automatical and no leakage reagent injection.Secondly,the paper is focused on discussing the generator of occurrence methods,and in-depth analysis of the atomizer of atomization,and described the atomization mechanism,and introduced the basic theoretical knowledge of fluid.Through the analysis of the nozzle,the main parameters which impact the spray effect are drawn.And the atomization type generator of the best atomization is designed.For the problem that the generator is occurred the difficultly volatile liquid gas source,the paper presents a atomization gas-supply method with dynamical and negative pressure suction.By comparing experiment,I found that the method can be better volatile than both of the method of diffusion and carrying.Finally,the paper identify and build a Siemens S7-300 PLC control system as the core.The main program flow chart of system is drawn and carried out the control flow of necessarily analysis shows.By PLC programming control and the software and hardware debugging,the whole system achieve a stable standard sample gas occurrence.Implemented system,the device is simple and reliable.And there is a good degree of safety and higher automation,and innovatively try the the design of the no leaks injection of standard gas occurrence and the negative pressure atomization,and achieve the desired goal of the project study.
