| Reciprocating compressor is widely used in modern industry as a kind of gas pressurizing and conveying device,which not only relates to the automotive,home appliance manufacturing,but also used as the "heart equipment" of heavy industry such as petroleum and chemical industry.In addition,in the field of aerospace,large aircraft manufacturing and ships,submarines and other defense industries,it also plays an important role.However,the vibration of its body and pipeline is one of the most prominent problems in its application.In this paper,the vibration characteristics and vibration damping technology of reciprocating compressor pipeline are studied by theoretical analysis,experimental study,numerical simulation and engineering application.The main work is as follows:(1)Theoretical study of vibration characteristicsThe dynamic response,fluid-solid coupling characteristics,natural frequency and pulsating characteristics of reciprocating compressor pipeline vibration system are studied.The basic equations of pipeline vibration are deduced,and the basic theory and methods are summarized.The pipeline vibration control technology in engineering application is summarized from 14 aspects.The control standard of pipeline vibration is introduced from three aspects: international,foreign and domestic.including the compressor body vibration standards,air pulsation standards,structural vibration standards.(2)Experimental study on vibration characteristics and vibration damping techniqueThe influence of the restraint position on the dynamic response of the vibration,the influence of the different forms of the pipe clamp and the supporting structure on the vibration-damping effect are studied.The effect of the fluid-solid coupling on the vibration characteristics of the pipeline is analyzed and the vibration characteristics of the pipeline are designed and built.The influence of the position of the orifice plate and the volume of the buffer tank on the pulsating characteristics of the airflow were studied experimentally.(3)Numerical simulation of vibration characteristics and vibration damping techniqueBased on ANSYS Workbench,a finite element model of experimental pipeline is established,and the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis;is carried out.The parametric design idea is used to optimize the design of the position.The maximum deviation is only 1.1%,and the installed area of the clamp is basically the same as the experimental result.So the method is simple and basically accurate.(4)vibration damping technology engineering applicationsBased on the design drawings and the field survey,the threedimensional model of the reduction site was established on the pipeline vibration of a compressor unit in a petrochemical enterprise.The reason analysis was carried out on the basis of the measured data.The process of the analysis and transformation of a vibration pipe section was described in detail. |
