As the leading industry of the national economy,the electric power system is increasing with the increasing of the national economy in recent years.Power transformer is one of the most important equipment in power system,and its operation condition directly influences the stability of power system.In operation process,power transformer produces vibration,and the vibration will cause a series of transformer safety problems,at the same time it is the main noise source of transformer noise.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and study the vibration of the transformer in detail.In this paper,the main research object of power transformer iron core,the characteristics of the transformer core vibration are analyzed in detail.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The main cause of the transformer vibration is studied,and the calculation method of the electromagnetic force and the magnetic force of the core of the transformer are mainly analyzed.The winding structure is simplified and the winding is established as a mass elastic system,and the vibration characteristics of windings are analyzed by the mass elastic system.(2)Use COMSOL multi-physical simulation software to build the model of the transformer iron core.The vibration characteristics of the transformer core are obtained by the coupling of multi physical field.Two different models(two time domain transfer model and JA model)were used to calculate the model.The vibration spectrum analysis of two results is carried out,and the difference of the vibration frequency of the two is found.(3)The no-load vibration test of the core model of the transformer is carried out,and the vibration characteristics of the transformer core in the no-load condition are measured,and the simulation results are verified.Through experiment and simulation,it is found that the JA model is more suitable for the calculation of core vibration of transformer,and the vibration frequency of the transformer core is more consistent with the experiment.
