The Sightseeing Leisure Park both as a highway service area,culture,tourism and leisure service and other functions in one of the industrial zone,with a comprehensive set of logistics transportation services,service area,leisure shopping,sightseeing.In this paper,through analyzing the domestic and foreign highway management mode of industrial cluster theory,transportation theory,point Park theory is discussed,new research direction for new development,service area and service area in Yunnan Province,according to the rectification opportunity,choose lujiangba service area as an example,personally to the service area survey and collect data based on the position,function,effect and system analysis,lujiangba service area management mode.Lujiangba service area from 2011 began to realize the magnificent,from the past a filthy service area,into a set of "service + tourism",tourism and leisure park.Based on the brief introduction of construction environment,the development of lujiangba service area planning and construction content,diversified business and operating income estimates,from the service area location,function,effect and system four aspects,analyzes the innovation path of lujiangba service area management model,proposed lujiangba service area location from the traditional highway service area to enhance the road leisure area,also from the traffic stop extended experience for traffic tourism,service area of influence is no longer a simple traffic service,Yunnan province has evolved into a cultural window,through the analysis of the government position and the company service area management role,lujiangba service system has been found from the state unified evolution of mixed management.Is actively trying to upgrade from the traditional service area to tourism and leisure park.Finally,combined with the actual operation of lujiangba service area,summarizes the management mode of service areas such as inspiration,advantages of environmental and resource factors,government support and guidance,cross industry cooperation and mixed operation,also combined with the actual operation lujiangba service area,points out the deficiency of lujiangba service area management mode,such as the location is not fine,service experience is not deep,thin,and finally put forward the tourism and leisure park development and construction and development prospects,development needs,transportation human self driving tourism growing demand,highway transportation function extension requirements,traffic and other industrial integration trends,service area management system innovation and flexible operation.It can be seen from this paper,lujiangba service area management model is very innovative,but also has its own limitations,the subsequent highway tourism and leisure park development needs to weigh the work location,function,effect and system etc.
