As the non-renewable energy is gradually depleted and environmental problems become increasingly serious,the full use of renewable energy will play an important role.Among them,solar energy is an ideal renewable energy.Converting solar radiation energy into electricity through the conversion device is solar power technology,one of which the most important and common form is solar cells.Solar cells can generally be divided into crystalline silicon solar cells,thin film solar cells and organic compounds solar cell.Due to the rapid growth of the PV market,the demand for solar cells has increased significantly.With the substantial increase in the cost of crystalline silicon solar cells,thin film solar cell is highly competitive day by day.Research and development of thin film solar cell is a high technology,and protection of core technology is one of the most important goals of research and development work.Patent is often used as an effective carrier of key technical information and is an important source of information for technical analysis.Therefore,by fully tapping the patent information in the implied technical knowledge,companies can get on the technical trends and competitors'development information,determine the core technology direction and manage their patents.In this paper,by retrieving and counting the patent data published in Innojoy,SooPAT and other databases,the maps are used to show the field of thin film solar cell patents as a whole,the number of patent applications over the years,the patent area distribution etc.a number of patent indicators.On the basis of understanding the development of thin-film solar cell technology,it is found that the main technology has reached the mature stage in the technical life cycle of this field.In addition,four patent strategic clusters have been identified by factor analysis.Four are leading technology clusters,technical potential clusters,technology quality-oriented clusters and technology-stable clusters.In the end,the paper analyzes the status quo of China's technology development and provides suggestions for the future development of state enterprises through the comparison.The specific research situation is as follows:First,the paper summarizes the research status of patent analysis of thin film solar cell technology.Secondly,it elaborates the basic theory of patent analysis and thin film solar cell.Then,based on the Innojoy technology innovation platform and patent,the patented data retrieval of thin film solar cell technology is carried out by using the Patentics patent data association analysis system.And the global patent calendar application trend chart,regional patent distribution map,patent legal status distribution map and patent technology classification map are drawn.Finally,by means of case analysis for the global thin film solar cell technology leader SHARP,to give a certain reference value for countries and enterprises to enhance the thin film solar cell technology and provide with some relevant development strategy...
