| Urban traffic system as the important component of lifeline engineering,which is not only the material transport channel,but also the channel of evacuating afflictedmasses and dispatching rescue workers under earthquake.It is the vital earthquakerelief lifeline.At the time of the earthquake and the first time after the disaster,theprimary immediate response system is whether the masses could evacuate to Shelters at the fastest speed,in other words,it is necessary to ensure that connectivity andredundancyof the channel between disaster placeand the evacuation place forearthquakes,that is,to ensure evacuation route network for earthquake is in a reliable state during and after the earthquake,thus emergency evacuation and rescue activities can effectively carry out.Therefore,it is a necessary and important subject to study the reliability of evacuation route network for earthquake,which will provide a reliable foundation for disaster prevention and reduction work of the city.In this paper,throught literature review,spot investigation,graph theory and reliability theory and other related methods study anti-seismic connectivity reliability of evacuation route network for earthquake for Dongchuan of Kunming.First of all,according to the different evacuation function and the construction criterion,using graph theory construct the network chart of the emergency evacuation channel and the transfer evacuation channel and determine the OD points.Secondly,the mathematical model of the rubble block is used to calculateanti-seismic connectivity reliability of section unit under various seismic intensity,which constitute OD points,subsequently,introducing reliability theory and using Graphic transformation method andfactorization theorem method reliability theory calculate anti-seismic connectivity reliability of each OD points.on this basis,anti-seismic connectivity reliability of each OD points is weighted and averaged,thus,comprehensive evaluating anti-seismic connectivity reliability of evacuation route network for earthquake under various seismic intensity in all the study area.The results of this study show that:(1)when the erathquake intensity is 7 degree,reliability of evacuation route network for earthquake is very high,capacity of channel almost has no influence,and could give full play to the roleof earthquake evacuating.so it is beneficial for the masses to arrive safety zone in first time.(2)when the erathquake intensity is 8 degree,,reliability of evacuation route network for earthquake Still is high,both the emergency evacuation channel and the transfer evacuation channel are in reliable state,which could meet the evacuation demand in general,therefore,the(57)(137)sections are in unreliable state,which bring difficulties for evacuation activities of Shiyang Village to Shiyang primaryschool and Nilagu primary school to the Mingyue middle school,to ensure the masses could evacuate in first time after earthquake it is necessary to take Priormeasures,afterwards Measures and and even Select other road to traffic.(3)when the erathquake intensity is 8 degree,reliability of evacuation route network for earthquake obvious is decreased and both are in middle reliable state,however,(13)(33)(34)(57)(108)(135)(137)sections are in seriously unreliable state which bring difficulties for emergency evacuation activities of industrial and commercial bureau to Finance Bureau,Wenti Community to the 8th parking on Yanshan Road,Forestry Bureau to the second middle school and Shiyang Village to Shiyang primary school,and evacuation activities of Jiyi primary school to the second middle school.Snile university field to the second middle school and Nilagu primary school to the Mingyue middle school.effectively control measures should be timely taken,in order to avoid causing unnecessary casualty ang economic loss.Finally,through comparative analyzing evaluation result under various seismic intensity and related data,screening OD points and section unit of low reliability and analyzing the reason why the reliability is low.The corresponding optimizing countermeasures are put forward above reasons to improve reliability level of evacuation route network for earthquake. |
