With the development of modern weapons equipment and new high technology,traditional ammunition is no longer suitable for modern combat requirements.The upgrading ammunition—smart ammunition,is one of the new concepts of ammunition in recent decades.It has become more and more widely used in the military field.In order to meet the needs of the war,this ammunition adopting trajectory adaptive method and the light,machine,electric,material and other technologies,can be able to search and identify the target in a certain period of the outer trajectory,until the target is hit and killed.Terminal sensitive projectile,terminal guidance and guidance ammunition,trajectory correction ammunition and so on,are typical representative of smart ammunition.At present,many experts are studying the warhead deflection ammunition which belongs to a kind of trajectory correction ammunition.In some of the components involving the adaptive mechanism and active vibration control,piezoelectric ceramic actuator has attracted much attention because of its better performance.What's more,the piezoelectric ammunition deflection warhead as a missile attitude control mode,plays an important role in improving the performance of ammunition.This thesis completes the following work based on the above.The basic theory and characteristics of piezoelectric ceramics are introduced.In this thesis,the piezoelectric ceramic rods are uniformly placed inside the warhead,and how are the warhead and the aerodynamic characteristics changing during the flight,so as to adjust the attitude of the projectile.Then the driving power of piezoelectric ceramic actuator is analyzed.In view of the hysteresis creep of piezoelectric,a digital PID control algorithm,an improved single neuron PID control algorithm and an expert PID control algorithm are proposed to improve the piezoelectric ammunition.The driving signal and the calculating function are generated by single chip microcomputer,and the driving signal is directly loaded onto the piezoelectric ceramic chip to get the output displacement after the amplification circuit.Then,through static simulation,the simulation results of three kinds of control algorithms are effective for the performance of the system.And the improved single neuron PID control algorithm is obviously better than the other two controlling methods in the simulaltion time.It has small overshoot,high steady-state accuracy,so the improved single neuron PID control algorithm combines with the piezoelectric ammunition is optimal solution.The research content of this thesis lays the foundation for practical application.
