Study a rotary dynamic seal device with higher reliability,which can bear high temperature and pressure,and apply to the ultra-deep well.According to the lubrication mechanism of rotary dynamic seal,this paper deduced the Reynolds equation,established the hydrodynamic lubrication equation and elastic deformation equation,get the oil film thickness and distribution of the seal structure model using the Gauss method.Then get the parameter formula of spindle speed,oil film thickness and pressure,analyzed the influence of amplitude,wave number and other sealing structure parameters on the formation of oil film,come to the conclusions: with the increasing of spindle speed,the distribution trends of oil film pressure is invariable,while the value is increased;when the amplitude and wave number of the seal ring increase,the value of the oil film pressure is increased too,but with the increasing of amplitude and wave number,the effect is more and more smaller.Analyzed the influences of seal spindle speed,ambient pressure and temperature on both sides of the sealing parameters by using Fluent fluid software,to study their effects on the oil film pressure and oil film pressure,come to conclusions: with the increasing of spindle speed,the value of oil film is increased,which is the same with the numerical simulation;on both sides of the oil film pressure increases with the increase of environmental pressure;the oil viscosity will be reduced with high temperature environment,and easy to cause the seal leakage.Therefore,in the actual working conditions,we can increase the speed to ensure the sealing,but with the increase of temperature and pressure,it becomes difficult to form the oil film for sealing.Changed the seal structure parameters and simulated analysis,come to the conclusions: the increase of sealing amplitude can promote the formation of oil film,while the radial length will become longer and the seal will be difficult;similarly,the increase of wave number can promote the formation of oil film;eliminate the stress concentration of the seal structure effectively by changing the shape of the seal;at last,analyzed the concrete influence of the seal structure on the oil film under high temperature and pressure,then get the recommended conditions about different diameter of the seal under extreme conditions,and achieved the goal of improving the application effect and elongating the working life.
