Research Of Test System For Refrigerant Compressor On The Cooling Capacity Based On Supercooling Temperature Analysis | | Posted on:2014-10-10 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:C S Feng | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2382330491457027 | Subject:(degree of mechanical engineering) | | Abstract/Summary: | | | The main content of this study was about further optimization and improvement research of cooling capacity test system on the small refrigeration compressor by analysing the supercooling temperature’s influence to the cooling capacity of the refrigeration system.Contrary to small hermetic refrigeration compressor,choosing the second refrigerant calorimeter method to accomplish cooling capacity test.It can conclude that this test method was essentially measuring the mass flow of the test system translating it into the measured capacity of the compressor and the changes of the enthalpy due to the supercooling temperature can be corrected by theoretical calculation.This paper put forward the idea that the supercooling temperature did not need to be controlled within a certain absolute value under this test method to measure the cooling capacity.The test system was designed with reference to this method and completing control strategy selection and system software design to achieve the supercooling temperature and other conditions of precise and stable control.Finally completing the system software and hardware debugging and the supercooling temperature’s influence to the cooling capacity was verified by experiment.The research content and achievements of the paper include the following:(1)According to the refrigeration system of working principle,chosing the second refrigerant calorimeter method to accomplish small refrigeration compressor of cooling capacity test.After analyzing the cooling capacity of test principle,it can conclude that the cooling capacity of the measured compressor was related to the mass flow rate of the system,and had nothing to do with the system of supercooling temperature control precision and made assumptions and it was verified by experiment.(2)According to the characteristic between them,it can achieve the refrigeration system of conditions stable and accurate control by using of fuzzy control and PID control method and selecting reasonable control parameters.(3)Based on the principle of cooling capacity test,the test system hardware was designed by the characteristics of the controlled object.(4)Based on the good performance softwore of delphi,completing system software design.(5)The supercooling temperature did not need to be controlled within a certain absolute value under this test method to measure the cooling capacity by a lot of experiments and analyzing the test data. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | refrigeration, refrigeration systems, delphi, temperature control, performance testing, supercooling temperature | | Related items |
