Nuclear power's safety and economy is always a concern.In order to ensure the safety of nuclear power plant and improve the economy,the digital instrument and control system of nuclear power plant is beginning to enter the core control field.As the neural brain of nuclear power plant,instrument control system has been in nuclear power plant construction.In China,nuclear power plants have been chosen using domestic or imported distributed control system to design.This article selects phase two nuclear waste disposal control system as an object,from the engineering point of design;it discussed the hardware engineering,software design and system of waste treatment process,and given contents of typical redundant system design in terms of the system security.The paper describes in detail the hardware selection principle,input/output card interface characteristics,the process control design,distribution design,thermal design,the network data transmission response time,redundancy design mechanism of the model.According to IEC61131,IEC60073 requirements for logic programming and the man-machine interface design,it explained the basic content in the safety design of nuclear waste disposal control system.In addition,according to the failure problem of the waste disposal control system engineering,to conduct a comprehensive analysis,gives out the preventive solutions.Finally,for nuclear waste disposal control system application to give a summary and outlook for future nuclear power control system,gives the reference for digital design.Base on Ling Ao phase two for nuclear waste disposal control system research and design of the implementation,human factors engineering,hardware function,picture function,system performance,reliability of the system,domestic DCS system have met our country's nuclear power plant requirement.It added confidence of China's nuclear power station localization.At the same time,a number of teams of product development and project implementation have grown up by the effective implementation of the project and laid the foundation of nuclear instrument control enterprise development.
