| Line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor(LSPMSM)has high efficiency and high power factor,which accords the national policies of energy-saving.Also it has the ability to accelerate the rotor from standstill to synchronous speed at fixed frequency and voltage.So more attention has been attracted to it in application of the industrial field,but unsatisfactory starting performance limits its popularization and application.This subject aims at starting quality factor,and the starting quality factor was researched from three aspects including locked rotor parameter test and calculation.the design of rotor convex slot and design of high starting quality factor motor.Firstly,in this paper convex slot was researched.Analyzing the convex slot skin effect formula,a new type of convex was achieved which has a high starting quality factor.Starting quality factors of two motors with the slot size changing were calculated,and design rules of convex slot were summarized preliminarily for subsequent research work.Secondly.locked rotor parameters of two motors were tested by the method of locked rotor test.And taking an 5.5kW motor as research object,the influence of different system inertia to locked rotor test result was also studied.The finite element software ansoft was used to calculate locked rotor parameters of several motors by the method of time-stepping finite element,and the calculation result can meet the needs of engineering.Finally.based on the above work.a 45kW-6 pole LSPMSM with a high starting quality factor was designed,and meet the performance requirements.The results in this paper have certain theory value and practical significance,and have a certain reference for future design of LSPMSM with high starting quality factor. |
