Today,in the pursuit of low-carbon society,solar energy as a clean distributed renewable energy is widely used,and with the power electronics and energy storage technology continue to improve,the The PV grid-connected system is being developed fast.The control of The PV grid-connected system is simple,reliable and its energy loss is smaller,so it will become one of the major supply modes in the future.The PV grid-connected system including distributed renewable energy generation module,the storage module and load module,must be in energy management control in order to improve the efficiency of the renewable energy utilization and stability of The PV grid-connected system running.The object of this paper is a low-voltage miniature system with photovoltaic solar arrays,battery and controllable load.For the network operation mode and island operation mode,the improved control strategy are used respectively,to achieve the goal of PV grid-connected system stable operation.The utilization of solar PV power generation is illustrated firstly from the aspect of energy and environment.The present status of the development of photovoltaic power at home and abroad as well as PV grid-connected power generation are summarized.At the same time,the main research contents of the paper are shown.Secondly,the single-phase-two-stage topological structure is chosen based on the analysis of the PV grid-connected topologies under different classifications.The total control scheme of the system is designed,of which the DC/DC circuit realizes the MPPT control of the photovoltaic cell and the DC/AC circuit realizes both the grid-connected control and the stability of the DC bus voltage.Firstly,principle of two-loop control system and SPWM technology are discussed thoroughly.Secondly,the hardware circuit of the controlling system is designed including the main circuit,control circuit and drive circuit etc;Thirdly,The software functional block diagram,flowchart and the child modules for the PV grid-connected inverter system are also presented;Finally,the experimental setup for grid-connected inverter system is constructed,then experiments were carried out in detail,and related debugging steps are summarized.The experimental results show that grid-connected current can track specified current and the power factor is unity..In the experimental test based on hardware platform,the experimental results and simulation results are basically identical,proving the feasibility of the control methods.
