| Handling and stability is one of the important performances of the vehicle,it not only affects the security and stability in the process of driving.Especially for the mining dump truck where always in complex conditions,it’s necessary for the researchment on its handling and stability.At present,handling and stability research is mostly based on the assumption of rigid road.However,for the off-road heavy-duty engineering vehicles,ground deformation has a significant impact on its handling and stability.Therefore,this paper analyses the interaction relationship between the tire and terrain in the vertical and lateral,at the same time considers the tire slippage of vertical subsidence,and put the tire-terrain interaction model into the the vehicle dynamics model,then establish the vehicle-terrain coupling system simulation model based on soft road,thus can improve the simulation precision.Meanwhile,to improve the performance of vehicle’s handling and stability,this paper choose the stiffness damping parameters of the nonlinear hydro-pneumatic suspension as design variables,optimize the performance of vehicle’s handling and stability by using the genetic algorithm.These have important theory significance and practical value.This paper choose the mining dump truck(SF33900)as the research object,main contents of this paper are as follows:1、Carry on the theoretical analysis about the tire-terrain interaction relationship,establish the interaction model between the tire and terrain in the vertical and lateral,at the same time considers the tire slippage of vertical subsidence.2、Build the vehicle dynamic model of twelve degrees of freedom on the basis of soft road and the eight degrees of freedom of rigid road;Take the real road test,choose the upper and lower measuring point of the suspension as the vibration characterization of sprung mass and unsprung mass.The error of the simulation results and experiment data of the root mean square are all less than 10%,compared with the previous model has a high credibility.3、According to the national standard and the actual working condition,determine the steady state turning test,steering wheel Angle step input test,steering wheel Angle pulse input test and turning back test as the steering stability evaluation index,then take the virtual experiment simulation under the soft road and the rigid road,and then make the evaluation to the performance of vehicle’s handling and stability according to the results of simulation.The results show that:the performance of vehicle’s handling and stability under the soft road is relatively much worse and closer to the actual,so the accuracy of the simulation is improved.4、In view of the the performance of vehicle’s handling and stability under the soft road,confirm the roll angle as the optimization objective function,the stiffness damping parameters of the nonlinear hydro-pneumatic suspension as design variables,optimize the performance of vehicle’s handling and stability.By using the genetic algorithm and Simulink to optimize the parameters of suspension,get the ideal curve of the stiffness and damping characteristics,make the analysis to each working condition after optimize,the total score increased 6.31 points after optimize,improve the handling and stability of the mining dump truck significantly. |
