Research On HC Company's Development Strategies

In this paper,the author takes HC Company,a small and medium private enterprise specialized on mining machinery as one case study,and surveys on its development strategies during a certain period(2012-2015).The article first reviews the history of development strategy theory,and draws a conclusion of the classic strategic theory and previous research results;Subsequently,based on the strategic management theory and research methods,the author,utilizing PEST and Porter Five Forces method,analyzes the macro environment and industry environment HC is facing,and identifies the opportunities and threats brought about by the external environment to the development of HC Companies;thirdly,after an comprehensive study on the internal environment,resources and capacity situation,the competitiveness of enterprise,the author further clarify the advantages and disadvantages in the development of the company.On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the external environment,the author states the company's development goals,and based on the internal and external environment analysis through the SWOT matrix method,the author gives a match study on the company strategy,and further through the strategic application conditions contrast analysis,the author selects single growth strategy and internationalization as the overall development strategy of the company,and selects differentiation concentration strategy as its competition strategy.In order to ensure the established strategy to be successfully implemented,the author finally gives the specific strategies over forming clear strategic priorities,improving production capacity,strengthening the marketing network system,accelerating the pace of international development,highlighting the overall brand building,etc;meanwhile,the author also proposes measures of forging company culture,optimizing organizational structure,building a management team,expanding funding channels,and cultivating technical support system.
