In the new situation of the development of smart grid,in the face of demand and challenges of "high quality and intelligence",distribution network planning is required to break through the traditional mode,to achieve the unified planning of specific users, multiple objectives. In view of the problems of distribution network planning, such as no clear planning zones, extensive management and lag of standard implementation, this thesis presents a solution to the problem of distribution network planning based on the partition of power supply.Based on in-depth analysis and comparison of the current situation of distribution network planning in Hebei, the definition of power supply zones is proposed.By studying the influencing factors of power supply zones, the partitioning principle, method and standard of the power supply zones are put forward.Based on the partition of the power supply system, this thesis puts forward the standard and scheme of the typical access of the power user and the electric vehicle charging facilities to distribution network. At the same time, through the further refinement of distribution network planning unit, the research of typical planning module based on power supply zones is carried out,and a typical module design of power supply and power grid transition based on the minimum typical power supply module is proposed. Finally, taking Shijiazhuang city as an example, the planning scheme of distribution network is designed. In this paper,a distribution network planning scheme based on power distribution is proposed, which not only helps to improve the level of load forecasting, but also to coordinate the development of all levels of power grid, and has a high adaptability to the distribution network planning.
