With the development of the industry,the stocks of the fossil energy become less and less,which causes many environmental problems.Therefore,seeking a new kind of energy becomes more and more urgent.As a kind of inexhaustible clean energy,solar photovoltaic power generation plays a more and more prominent role in the new energy development.So the study of solar photovoltaic power generation device is of great practical significance.Not only does this paper use the single chip processor as the core and contrasts each link module in photovoltaic(pv)power system,it but also analyses and designs the solar photovoltaic power supply simulation system according to the contrast.The system can be used for photovoltaic(pv)power supply system.Through modifying the circuit and parameters,it also can be used in portable solar mobile power supply,UPS power,solar electric cars and other fields.First of all,after searching a large number of relevant literature data,the paper has summed up relevant literature related to solar photovoltaic power generation,obtained the research background and significance,analyzed the present conditions at home and abroad and problems involved,and finally got the overall system design scheme and the aim of the design.Secondly,the paper studied the principle of solar photovoltaic power generation.Via building simulation models by the mathematical model of solar photovoltaic cells,the simulation results are obtained,and the output characteristics of solar cell are analyzed and summarized.What’s more,the core modules of solar photovoltaic system has been studied and designed.For bidirectional DC-DC module,DC-AC inverter module,AC-DC power factor correction module of topological structure has been contrasted researched.It has made use of the inside the microcontroller built-in PWM function to control the power MOS,made the peripheral circuit to be simple,and adopted PID algorithm to adjust PWM,which will greatly improve the speed and precision of the system.In order to improve the system’s accuracy and efficiency,the sampling circuit,amplifying circuit,control circuit and main circuit and components selection and parameter selection has been detailedly analyzed and designed.This paper proposes a MPPT technology based on the theory of the maximum power transmission and design the most power tracing circuit,and the main program flow of software has been analyzed and designed.Finally,this paper has set up the simulation test circuit of the machine,and tested the circuits.The test results show that the system indicators met the design requirements and it was proved that the theory of designing was reasonable.
