The controller is the photovoltaic power generated by photovoltaic cells are transformed and stored in the storage battery means.With the development of distributed generation industry,research and development of a new type of intelligent and efficient solar control system has a very important significance.This paper introduced the theory of knowledge,conflicts around the battery charge capacity with photovoltaic cells for various reasons caused by the change in voltage,battery charge and discharge tracking principles based on the maximum power point,put forward based on the maximum power point tracking classification solar controller,and studied the principles of intelligent hierarchical PV controller.The paper mainly completed the following work:Firstly introduced the development of photovoltaic industry,and to the key technology of photovoltaic energy(such as the main circuit topology photovoltaic cells,storage batteries,solar controller,control algorithms,etc.),the photovoltaic energy technology research status were summarized and explained.Secondly,it introduces the structure of photovoltaic control system.For energy storage for solar energy,after the description of the corresponding battery characteristics,the charging algorithms of SOC are analyzed;For more commonly used maximum power point tracking algorithm,its advantages and disadvantages are compared.Based on the analysis of photovoltaic power system,main circuit uses an improved synchronization BUCK circuit.Thus completed the intelligent classification solar controller software and hardware design based MPPT.Finally,through experimental platform,for the corresponding SOC estimation,MPPT algorithm experimental study,the experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed based on MPPT algorithm hierarchical PV power controller,and achiev ed satisfactory results.
