Study On Performance Of Plastic Flat Pallet For Through Transit Of Goods

The one essential factor of using plastic pallet for realize green transportation and visual logistics.With the development of economy,the requirement of different industries on assembly packaging transport are also gradually increase,the traditional wooden pallets can’t fully meet the requirements of users.In this paper,the plastic pallet damaged in the process of actual environment has carried on the investigation and statistics,analyzes the damage reasons,combining with the actual situation and standard design the pallet performance test.Finally,study the damaged pallet based on the finite element,determine the effect on the properties of damaged plastic pallet.The paper research on plastic pallet mainly includes the following several aspects:(1)Basic experiment research.With the materials tensile tests determine parameters such as Elastic modulus and Poisson’s ratio.(2)Experimental of pallets and its damage repair constructional element performance.With test on the one time molding and welding molding plastic pallets block,determined the difference between two kinds of pallet.Tests with Linear concentrated load,the airbag load and physical load,illustrate the effect of load form on nominal load.With the analysis of pallets transport environment determined the test project based on ISO 8611.Take safety factor of 2,determined pallet nominal load of different working condition based on the results of strength test,and determined pallet minimum nominal load through nominal load tests.Obtained the pallet deformation trend on different working conditions,Proposed use layer point,it has great significance for make full use of the pallets.With pallets drop and impact test determined the impact strength,it’s the theoretical basis of plastic Life Evaluation.Bend and impact test of block surface sheet determined the performance of intact sheet,damaged sheet and repaired sheet.Illustrates the hot melt can use on pallet repairs.(3)The finite element analysis of complete and broken pallets.Confirmed the reliability of finite element analysis research on pallet performance,determine the error rate of the simulation and experimental results,Based on the method of bending tests,simulation analysis on typical damaged B pallets,got the pallets performance when pallets block surface lost and beam damaged.to determine the degree of damaged pallet use scope and treatment.Also through the figure of static load and dynamic load finite element analysis can determines the vulnerable position,For the damaged pallets control provides a theoretical basis,benefit for guiding the pallet optimization design.
