The concrete filled steel tubular(CFST)frame-core wall structure has been widely adopted in the high-rise buildings in China.but the research on the performance of this structure with dissipation devices was limited.It is necessary to analyze the seismic performance and cooperative working performance of this structure,therefore the seismic performance and mechanism of cooperative working of CFST frame,core wall and dissipation devices would be studied in this paper.The related researches had been carried out as followed:(1)Based on the typical CFST frame-core wall mixed structure,two damping scheme were formed according to the viscous dampers and BRB,and the dampers were installed between the frame and core wall.And then the nonlinear dynamic time history analysis of the three models under 7 seismic waves action had been performed by using the software of perform-3D.(2)Under the frequent,design and rare earthquake actions,the elasto-plastic time history analysis for the CFST fram-core wall structures with and without dampers were carried out,and then the inter-storey drift angles,the maximum story displacement,the deformation mode,the time history of base story shear force,the distribution proportion of shear force of frame,the story shear force,the time history of the bottom moment,the distribution proportion of bottom moment of frame,the inelastic energy dissipation and the energy dissipation ratio of viscous dampers and BRB,the use ratio of component(value demand / capacity value)between the structure with dissipation and without dissipation were compared and analysed,meanwhile the seismic performance and cooperative working performance were studied.(3)The results show that the dynamic characteristics of the CFST frame-core wall structure with viscous dampers has not been changed,and the inter-storey drift angles and the maximum layer displacement curves are more smooth than that of normal CFST frame-core wall structure.The deformation mode of structure has been changed due to the effect of viscous dampers.The story shear force,the bottom moment and the distribution proportion of shear force of frame are all decreased,but the distribution proportion of bottom moment of frame moment keeps almost the same with that of normal CFST frame-core wall structure.The additional damping ratio from viscous dampers was an average of 6.7%,and the ratio of energy dissipate by dampers was about 44.1%,so the energy dissipated by the main structure was decreased,and the degree of elastic-plastic of structural elements was slowed down.(4)The dynamic characteristics of CFST frame-core wall mixed structure with BRB have been changed because of the additional stiffness from BRBs.The inter-storey drift angles and the maximum story displacement of this structure with BRBs has been greatly improved,and the deformation of structure is more uniform.The story shear force,the bottom moment and the proportion of bottom moment of frame are all increased due to the additional stiffness,but the distribution proportion of shear force of frame is decreased.The BRBs began to yield and dissipate the energy firstly,and the ratio of dissipation energy by BRBs was about 49%,therefore the inelastic energy dissipated by main structural elements was reduced.
