Cam linkage reducer is a new type of gear invention our school science and technology personnel,the reducer has strong bearing capacity,large transmission ratio,high mechanical efficiency,simple structure and other advantages.At present,the mechanical properties of the reducer theory analysis is also insufficient,especially the dynamic performance analysis,the design of the product series to further promote the use of,caused great obstacles.At the same time,the prototype of the use of the process,but also save vibration,noise and other problems,would seriously reduce the reliability of the reducer,the deterioration of production environment.Therefore,from two aspects of theory and practice are in urgent need of cam linkage reducer this paper studies the dynamic performance of the system.This theory paper is based on these problems need to solve and carry out.Firstly,this paper describes the principle and structure,of cam linkage reducer,3D modeling software Pro /E;secondly,under the consideration of friction,the use of mechanical theory and mechanical knowledge of mechanics on the reducer of the stress analysis,solving the various sports vice force;and calculate the efficiency of the reducer,use of the Hertz contact stress formula to calculate the contact strength of the linkage and the cam.Dynamics analysis on cam linkage reducer,analyzed and calculated the deceleration cam connecting rod for connecting plate of the inertial force,the presence of alternating moment of inertia are perfectly balanced design,put forward the design scheme of two kinds of balance of inertia force,and has carried on the analysis to the proposed scheme.It is proved that the structure transformation to realize static and dynamic balancing of inertial force.By means of finite element analysis software ANSYS analysis the static analysist.Using the multi-body dynamics software ADAMS analysis the dynamic simulation. |
