At present,large span and large span buildings and as the spatial structure of its core technology development has become a representative of a country building one of the levels of science and technology symbol.The emergence of these complex large sports venues,also brings new challenges to the construction technology,large-span stadiums steel bar node structure is complex,monomer component weight big,roof span,high altitude,beautiful modeling is novel,and sports venues construction structure change complex curved surface structure,high accuracy requirement.Construction quality directly decides the safety of large span space structure,applicable and durability,so complex construction technology of large-span stadiums are important.In Huludao Long Wanou sports center the project is in the background of the large span stadium,it is commented several key technologies,focusing on the construction scheme,processing production of steel components,component of the hoisting installation,partition unloading and quality assurance aspects were analyzed.Analysis the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of construction schemes,and the use of block hoisting construction plan,according to the construction joint into three parts of the east,west,north stand construction respectively.Grandstand roof including three truss structure:stand outer ring for irregular quadrilateral three-dimensional truss,stand within the circle is an inverted triangular steel pipe truss,for the distribution of the cross connection between the truss plane truss.Using "the combination of internal and external,time after home,three-dimensional cross" construction method.Processing method,the lifting process of typical component and construction quality assurance methods is introduced in detail.Using finite element software sap2000 to uninstall the structure analysis of unloading at 25%,50%,75%,100%,four step load shedding,calculate the strength and stiffness of the structure of all meet the specification requirements.
