Melanoma is a malignant tumor with high mortality.Circulating tumor cell melanoma(M-CTCs)is an important factor in tumor cells,and it is also an important factor in tumor patients.Therefore,it is very important to improve the survival rate and improve the survival rate of tumor cells by CTCs test.In recent years,many kinds of CTCs detection technology,summarized,CTCs detection technology are mainly divided into the following: to CTCs and other cell size differences as the filtering method based on CTCs surface antigen and fluorescent for optical detection method based on cell surface characteristics for the separation of the basis of.But the traditional CTCs detection technology has many shortcomings,such as low accuracy,complicated procedures,and so on.Cytometry FCM(Flow),which is the most advanced and widely used CTCs detection method,can be used to analyze the number of cells at the same time.Compared with the traditional detection methods,it has many advantages,such as high speed,high accuracy and high accuracy.However,there are many deficiencies in FCM,such as the detection of the need for the sample cells in the process of fluorescence labeling,which lead to the complexity of the detection process,while the structure is not easy to carry.In view of the above shortcomings,this system provides a new detection technology of CTCs to detect the light absorption rate of other cells in the vicinity of the human circulatory system,which is used to distinguish melanoma cells from other cells in the human body.Photo-acoustic detection in theory,the absorption rate of the sample is nearly100% of the sensitivity,and no need to carry out any labeling operation,it is very suitable for the development of such detection technology.At the same time,the system has been introduced into the microfluidic chip technology to realize the miniaturization of the instrument and the flexibility of the system.M-CTCs optical detection system is designed and built,which has high detection sensitivity,high speed detection speed,small sample consumption,and its overall structure is relatively simple and easy to operate,with goodclinical application prospect.In the experimental research part,the paper has designed a number of experiments to test the performance of the new system.First,the stability of the signal to noise ratio was determined,and the stability of photo-acoustic signal was obtained by using dilution ink instead of the black pigment tumor cells.The stable photo-acoustic signal of the target sample was obtained by the laser pulse width and repetition rate.The result shows that the system can obtain the photo-acoustic signal of the melanoma cells,thus verifying the recognition ability of the system to the melanoma tumor cells in the human body circulation system.In this paper,we design and build a set of optical system based on micro fluidic chip detection,and in the use of the system to obtain the target sample of melanoma cells(M-CTCs)of the photoacoustic signal.Therefore,this system will be helpful for the identification and study of CTCs in the human circulatory system.
