The oil nozzle is an important component of aviation engine lubricating system,it directly affects the performance of the engine,so before it puts into use in aero engine and after running a period of time must go through rigorous performance testing.In order to accurately test the oil nozzle flow?according to the analysis requirements and key data,in view of the original oil nozzle flow tester in error measuring nozzle test process,temperature control difficult,affected by external factors such as temperature,record test data disturbed by human factors,With analysis of field research and study,design a set of temperature,pressure,liquid level that can realize the automatic acquisition and control equipment,with automatic data recording,the automatic nozzle tester function.Establish dynamic modeling of the three-way valve,using simulation software to simulate the characteristics,and get the influence of the characteristics on the measurements.Design the tester temperature control strategy,using simulation software to simulate and compare control performance of the conventional PID and fuzzy PID,and provide the reference and the basis for the design of temperature control system.Analysis the working principle of the magneto strictive liquid level sensor for measurement,and research main factors that influence the accuracy,such as temperature,electromagnetic interference etc.According to the system composition and working process,set up the control system of the tester,and realize the method of eliminating the influence fators of accurate measurement in software.Use the configuration software to develop monitoring platform in computer for the tester,And integrate control detection,data monitoring,setting and other functions for each execution unit of measurement system.Through the experiments and long-term running results show that factors affecting the accurate measurement of really exists,and seriously affect the accuracy of the measurement,and the improved method can eliminate the influence of these factors,to achieve accurate measurement.The control system of the tester has the advantages of simple operation,stable performance,convenient maintenance.It can realize constant temperature control to ensure the test temperature and nozzle temperature in use.it can realize the automatic control of oil tank level to ensure the uninterrupted experiment and test efficiency.At the same time,it can reduce the operator's burden,and improve the automation and reliability of the test results of the aviation lubricating oil nozzle tester in a large degree.
