With the development of MEMS technology,wireless sensor technology is increasingly mature.Many modern distributed wireless sensor network nodes and can communicate with each other,the function has improved,but generally battery-powered,faced with limited batt ery life,poor temperature stability,updating and maintenance work,such as time consum-ing costly bottleneck.How to achieve self-powered wireless sensor networks is an important direction of its development.Piezoelectric materials are the core of piezoelectric energy harvester,its performance will directly affect the output characteristics of the device.At the same time energy management circuit is indispensable.As a system,the output performance of energy concentrator also relate source characteristic excitation(frequency and strength characteristics),the device structure,the interface circuit and the load and other aspects.The paper focused on the interface circuit and application of piezoelectric energy harvesting system,do a preliminary exploration and achieved the following results:(1)Designed with the same structure and size are based on(1-x)Pb single chip cantilever(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-xPbTiO3(PMNT)single crystal and Pb(Zr,Ti)03(PZT)ceramics Beam energy collector and the above piezoelectric cantilever-based energy harvester,build a vibrating platform and energy harvesting systems.In the same study the effects of incentives and interface circuits for piezoelectric energy harvester material properties.(2)According to the piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric material,explores the conversion characteristics of piezoelectric energy harvesting system based on environmental vibration energy into electrical energy cantilever structure analyzed cantilever piezoelectric energy harvester electromechanical conversion efficiency,and the establishment of a cantilever piezoelectric energy harvesting energy system transformation model.(3)energy collection system interface circuit are explored,namely design and welding complete energy conversion circuit and synchronous electric charge produced by Linear Technology LTC3588-1 chip production based on extraction circuit.(4)In the piezoelectric power harvester applications:Test the vibration characteristics of the Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company power company Yu Jing City,North Station No.1 main transformer for isolated resonance peak and the peak of its existence the higher-order modes in the case of a larger 100 Hz,designed a piezoelectric cantilever structure energy collector array,the energy can be collected simultaneously lighting 150 LED lights.Piezoelectric energy harvesting technology for wireless power transmitter module,designed to complete the passive wireless switch production,is a short distance(<200 m)of new green products Passive remote electronic switch.
