As a execution unit,Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has been widely used in many high precision AC servo system fields in recent years,because of its incomparable advantages,like simple structure,light weight,small size,low loss,high efficiency and so on.Originally,PMSM’s rotor permanent magnet material is more obvious,this make it low overload capacity,then,some of Scientific research personnel researchs many high performance and high patience material,thus make PMSM’s performance advance rapidly.This paper mainly researchs the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system based on Harmonic Wave Injection Disturbance Rejection Control to improve the system dynamic and static performance,keep the system stability and adaptability,it has theoretic and aplication value for production of human life and scientific advance.The causes of the torque ripple of PMSM divided into two reasons: the one reason is caused by the motor ontology design and the air gap magnetic field distortion;the other one is caused by inverter nonlinear characteristics.This two reasons cause The torque ripple of PMSM exist.At the same time,it causes PMSM’s speed ripple.So,further study of the torque ripple of PMSM rejection has been domestic and international scholar’s main research direction.The paper analyzes the current research and development trend of the permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system for electric vehicle and then derives the mathematical model of the PMSM,coordinate transformation and the vector control theory,and basied on it,the paper highlights several common vector control strategies,the advantages and disadvant-ages of various control methods and possible applications;at the same times,the paper an alyzes the PMSM sensorless control principle and control method.In addition,it builds the system simulation model and then makes simulation experiments in the MATLAB/SIMULINK environment,and demonstrates the method proposed in the paper and then analysises the simulate results.Finally,in the basis of the above work,this article combines the Harmonic Wave Injection Disturbance Rejection Control algorithms and analyzes the system software design and related processes,and applied it to the control platf orm of TMS320F2812 controller chips.Based on the simulation unit,under different load conditions conducting the dynamic response,the anti-disturbance and parameter adaptive ability experiment;Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness ofthe prop osed control scheme.
