As part of an engine,which is the core of large-scale machines,the electronic controller makes a great contribution to the normal operation of the entire machine.Thus the regular inspection and maintenance of the electronic controller become absolutely necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the engine.As a common method to test the electronic controller,the multiple machines combined detection exposes many deficiencies,such as low efficiency,poor precision,resource consuming and also what can not be ignored is the inconvenience of these equipments' carrying,which greatly reduces the efficiency of work.The aim of this article is to solve a practical problem which occurring in the field detection of certain types of military aircraft of electronic controllers.The project team puts forward the development of portable monitor based on ARM.There are many performance problems of Portable Monitor in the development process,such as low precision control signals,the files of the electronic controller can't be accessedin the communication process,low speed of communication data transmission and so on.To solve these problems,this paper researcheson the use of portable Monitor performanceand proposes solutions.On the basis of learning embedded Portable Monitor software and hardware developme environment,the paper-studies the working principle of the Monitor sendingcontrol signalswhich simulating enginedeeply.completing the algorithm formula design of control signal in the data path,making that electronic controller can collect high-precision test signals,realizing the view and print of test reports generated automatically,effectivly solving the problem of low precision in Monitor detected.Finally,through the analysis of communication protocols and communication flow between the Monitor conducted and electronic controller,the paper studies of the system access mechanisms of side file in electronic controller to achieve the access of files in electronic controller by portability Monitor,design the CRC checksum algorithm based on a look-up table method to ensure data transmission reliability and efficiency.The portable Monitor developed in this paper can access the aircraft flight recorder data file in electronic controller and allow the operator to customize their own testing program,send high-precision measurement and control signals to achieve the inspection tasks under the condition of unmanned aircraft,automatically record test data and view and print the test report.This Monitor contains a good interactive interface,stable and reliable system,strong seismic capacity and is anti-jamming and high temperature resistant.What is more,the adoption oftest,digital signal processing,graphical programming and other technology make it possible for monitor to make comprehensive judgment about engine states such as successful start,emergency stop and oil reducing.After this,the monitor can draw detection curve and store detection data and finish the comprehensive test.In the practical application,the advantage of short detection time,high accuracy,flexible operation,high precision,high reliability of communication and other excellent performance can help users make efficient analysis and judgment,reducing human consumption and loss of life of engine monitor.All of these can bring out good economic benefit and broad application prospects.31 pictures,7 tables,58 references.
