LGTD2001 railcar is a kind of specific traction locomotive which is designed by Measuring and Controlling Technology Institute of Lanzhou Jiaotong University and Lanzhou Lishengda Railway New Technology Co.Ltd.It is suitable for shunting operation in urban rail and railway stations.In this thesis,the LGTD2001 railcar is taken as a research object,the electric wheel of which is designed and analyzed.There are four parts in the thesis.In the first part,the present technical situation of the railcar and electric wheel is introduced.According to the analysis to this railcar,the author compares several common vehicle power modes,and finally determines the power system mode and the basic components of electric wheel system.In the second part,based on the analysis of the railcar traction system and the calculation of the key parameters,the parameters of the motor,gear ratio,and the planetary gear has been initialized designed and verified.In the third part,in the point of view of the optimization design and based on the theory of reliability,according to the working condition and load conditions of planetary gear,taking the volume,coincidence degree and efficiency of NGW planetary gear driving as the target functions,the gear reducer has been designed.The reliability of gear fatigue strength is combined within the optimization problem.Optimization parameters are obtained,such as:the minimum volume and quality of the machinery parts and components,while the transmission efficiency is kept as the optimization level.By the optimization design of planetary gear reducer,the special requirements of railcar's electric wheel are fulfilled.In the fourth part,combined with the results of optimal design,three-dimensional modeling of the main components of the planetary gear units and simulation are carried out with SolidWorks2013.The structure of the main components of the brake is determined,electric wheel assembly facility is designed,and the design of the entire electric wheel assembly system is completed,and the finite element analysis on the key parts is made.The railcar mentioned in the thesis has several advantages such as small size,agility,easy operation.Compared with the traditional shunting machine and railroader powered by internal combustion engine,the railcar has strong advantages and a good market prospect.
