| Now China’s construction nearly is an art,the place of human survival hopes is no longer confined to shelter.The construction of personalized design has become the mainstream in the current housing construction design train of thought.Will become focus in housing construction,the agglomeration rate is high,hollow light weight,good mechanical performance,heat preservation and heat insulation performance is good,can effectively increase the clear advantages of the construction of cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor,widely popular in modern architecture.As to the plate as a template for assembly shed situ concrete hollow floor,but the actual use batts and rectangular hollow box cavity to form a new kind of uniform hollow cast in solid plate,which is thin-walled tube-type hollow floor construction inconvenience a good solution,in addition to its two-way force characteristics significantly.But this new layer structure in engineering applications is not long,so far,in our country,there is no perfect experimental studies and theoretical analysis.This article relies on previous studies,combined test,the following main elements:1.From the in-situ concrete hollow floor of endometrial kind departure,have introduced a combination of thin-walled box BDF,thin-walled plastic boxes,BDF thin-walled box,it kind of mold block body material,polystyrene such foam block mold their characteristics and applications.2.Several commonly used design methods described engineering practice situ concrete hollow floor,etc.And choose from the three most commonly used methods in detail,equivalent thickness,bi-level design method average stiffness.3.The theoretical plate as a template to assemble the shed situ concrete hollow floor of analysis,from the stress mechanism,deformation,combined with the relevant norms are described.Finally,an example of a simply supported situ concrete hollow floor,the use of theory,and cross the floor deflection biggest moment was solved.4.According to the plastic hinge line theory,the ultimate bearing capacity situ concrete hollow floor is calculated,and the in-situ concrete hollow floor next film effects have also been of ultimate capacity.5.From the cross-section,endometrial,load,force,reinforcement and other aspects of the calculation method of talking cast concrete hollow floor design and theoretical verification using ANSYS finite element software.And through the change of the elastic modulus of concrete in the single variable,keeping the other parameters constant,deflection of the hollow slab under different concrete strength were compared under analysis.Finally,compared the deflection under the same conditions as hollow board and solid board,proved the superiority of the hollow board. |
