The analysis of the structural system reliability is the hot issues in the research ofstructural reliability theory, reliability analysis of structural elements after severaldecades of development has matured.However structure system reliability problems hasnot reached practical level due complexity of the structure system and the uncertainty ofstructural problems such as load and failure mode correlation.The The emergence of thenon probabilistic reliability concept brought new method for structural system reliabilityanalysis. According to the different engineering problems take reasonable solution couldbe a more effective evaluation of the structure of the safety and reliability. In order toeffective evaluation of the structure of the safety and reliability we should according tothe different engineering problems take reasonable solution. To sum up, the mature ofnon-probability reliability theory will advance the reliability analysis of structural systemto practical process direction. The main work of this paper are as follows:Firstly, discusses the advantages and disadvantages of probability reliability andnon-probability reliability respectively.Through the example of structural systemreliability probability and non-probability reliability analysis to summarizes theadvantages and limitations of non-probability in the process of applying.Secondly,in accordance with3transfor theory probability reliability and non-probability reliability to each other.In the process of compares the reliability index baseon probability reliability and non-probability reliability found that in the case ofresistance increase, the non-probability reliability index and probability reliability indexeventually tend to be one to three, and the theoretical proof is given.Thirdly, according to the particularity of the structure system reliability?consideringthe elements logical relationship of structure system.Base on interval model to usenon-probability reliability index and the non-probability set-theoretic reliability to solvethe structure system reliability.Think the set-theoretic reliability will be a better solutionto structure system reliability.Fourth, with a bounded convex model with two spectrum-parameters to describe theuncertainty of the earthquake.Through different loading mode and the convex set upperand lower load model to determine the engineering structure displacement range underseismic action. Combination of pushover analysis and non-probabilistic reliability theoryto evaluate a practical engineering structure. Using the proposed method to evaluate anEngineering project, and according to the evaluation results to strengthen the structure has made good effect.
