Along with the growing global energy crisis, energy conservation and emissionreduction is vigorously carried out in our country, and building energy-saving is carriedout in a deep-going way, exterior wall thermal insulation technology has got rapiddevelopment.Because of the great use of external wall insulation board such as Polystyrene Board,Extruded board, mineral wool, polyurethane insulation Board, these flammable insulationmaterials, in case of a fire, would cause serious damage to people's life and propertysecurity.Compound-foamed cement board as a kind of new inorganic external wall insulationmaterial in structure, is developing in recent years, and it has many advantages, such asenvironment friendly, the level of fire protection is grade A, raw material can be got easily,the performance-to-price ratio is higher, similar to the matrix material, it has goodcompatibility with common concrete and the same life cycle as structure, its overalldimensions are free processing. But it also has the disadvantages, for example it is easy tocrack, the production process is more difficult to control and so on. These disadvantageshamper the further development of compound-foamed cement board, how to optimize theperformance of compound-foamed cement slabs to some extent, and to make better use ofit is particularly important.In this paper I use ordinary Portland cement, fly ash, mineral powder, hydrogenperoxide, calcium stearate, polypropylene fiber for basic material, first study on effects ofratio of water to material on preparation of compound-foamed cement slabs to reach thebase mix. And on the basis of base mix, in turn make a series of studies on effects of typeand dosage of foam stabilizer, dosage of foaming agent hydrogen peroxide, slurrytemperature, stirring speed, type and dosage of activator, type and dosage of activator ofhydrogen peroxide, and dosage of polypropylene fiber on fundamental properties ofcompound-foamed cement board, and then make analysis of the pore structure of thecompound-foamed concrete based on experiments. Test results show that best rawmaterial mixture ratio for preparation of compound-foamed cement is: ratio of water tomaterial is0.48, mixed with15%fly ash,15%mineral powder,0.38%water reducingagent,5%hydrogen peroxide,4%foam stabilizer KN9900,0.05%TEA,0.3%F series ofactivator,0.5%Na2SO4,0.4%MnO2,0.4%polypropylene fibers, the optimum conditionsare: slurry temperature at43??45?, within the rotary speed at2500r/min.In the above-mentioned conditions, the key performance indicators of preparation forthe compound-foamed cement boards: the capacity is230kg/m3,28day compressivestrength is0.58MPa, thermal conductivity is0.045W/(m· k), water absorption rate is6%,mean pore is2mm.The findings for compound-foamed concrete production which makesuse of hydrogen peroxide as a foaming agent have certain guiding function.
