With the rapid development of science and technology,the number of cars worldwide has increased significantly,and serious traffic accidents and casualties caused by unsafe driving behavior have caused widespread concern around the world.The analysis and research of automobile anti-collision methods can fundamentally solve the problem of vehicle collision,which has become the focus of research in various countries.Among them,the traffic collision avoidance system can automatically take braking measurements in emergency situations to avoid personal and property damage caused by car collisions,and have a positive impact on improving traffic safety technology.Based on the theory of driving safety distance prediction,layered controller design and vehicle inverse dynamics model,this paper establishes the overall scheme of driving collision avoidance system.The paper summarizes several typical safety distance models,mathematically analyze the braking process of the vehicle,consider the road friction and other factors,establish a critical safety distance prediction model based on the PSO-BP algorithm,and pass the prediction data to the upper controller.Based on Carsim simulation software,a set of driving anti-collision dynamics system model is established.Based on this,Simulink module is connected to establish the vehicle’s reverse longitudinal dynamics model.According to different traffic environments,the calculation of expected throttle opening and expected braking force Model to realize free switching of throttle and controller.The lower controller is set according to the PID related theory,and the output data is substituted into the vehicle dynamics model.Based on PID theory and LQR optimal control theory,an upper-layer controller with clear functions is designed.The fixed-speed cruise and adaptive cruise experiments are simulated based on MATLAB and Carsim environments.The overall control effect of the method used in this paper is compared.Experimental results show that the PSO-BP critical safety distance prediction model designed in this paper performs well in terms of accuracy and stability.For the designed anti-collision system of the vehicle,in the constant speed cruise and high-speed adaptivecruise simulation experiments,the vehicle can effectively maintain a safe distance from the preceding vehicle without affecting the driving of other vehicles and causing changes in driver comfort.Therefore,the anti-collision system designed in this paper has excellent performance and has a positive impact on improving traffic safety and reducing casualties.
