Inconel 718 alloy is a kind of new high quality alloy,as precipitation hardening type nickel chromium iron containing niobium,molybdenum alloys,high temperature with high strength,strong corrosion resistance,fatigue resistance and good thermal stability,make its in aerospace engine compressor set,oil processing,integral impeller and blade are widely used in the parts under high temperature and pressure.However,the cutting performance of this kind of material is extremely poor,and the machinability of Inconel 718 alloy is only 5%?15% of that of steel 45#,which makes it difficult to process Inconel 718 alloy.At present,most of the parts and components come from imported procurement,with high procurement cost and long procurement cycle.At the same time,there are few studies on this kind of alloy in China,and the processing mechanism is not clear,so it fails to reveal the general rules of processing parameters of this kind of alloy in depth,which leads to the failure to provide more favorable technical support for local mass production.These factors greatly reduce the production efficiency and bring much inconvenience to the production and processing.So choose Inconel718 alloy as the research object,to further advance Inconel718 alloy processing mechanism of the research process,and the study of later generations have reference and guidance,can be better for the study of the local processing and to provide powerful guarantee,is more advantageous to reduce parts purchasing cost,speed up the production cycle,reduce import procurement,gradually realize local production.This article combines the actual processing needs of Inconel718 alloy in the processing of high-temperature and high-pressure parts in the actual petroleum processing industry,and the use of milling to process key slots andT-slots.combined with the actual processing needs,the basic problems of efficient processing of Inconel718 alloy,such as milling force and milling temperature,were studied.By controlling the single variable method,respectively in the change of milling depth,milling speed and feed speed,get Inconel718 alloy milling force and the theoretical calculation results of temperature field,the finite element simulation results and the experimental results,through comparing the theoretical calculation results,the finite element simulation results and the experimental results,accurate Inconel718 alloy milling parameter change rule.In the theoretical calculation,the empirical formula derived from the milling theory and Merchant minimum energy principle was discretized and modified to make it more suitable for the research of Inconel718 alloy high-speed milling process,and the milling force and milling temperature were obtained under different parameters.In the finite element simulation,the Inconel718 alloy milling model was established based on deform-3d software,and the orthogonal simulation experiment was designed to study the variation of milling force and milling temperature distribution,and to analyze the general rule of the influence of milling parameters on milling force and milling temperature.In the process of accurately obtaining Inconel718 alloy,the milling speed is the biggest factor affecting the changes in milling and milling heat.The milling speed is doubled,the milling force is reduced by about twice,and the milling heat is increased by about 20%.
